POINT SPREAD Game Summary

  • The object of POINT SPREAD is to correctly predict the results of 2 to 12 events.
  • You must fill out the POINT SPREAD Selection Slip using the PRO·LINE List.
  • PRO·LINE Lists specify the available events and their POINT SPREAD values.
  • Present your completed selection slip to your Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG) online retailer for processing no later than the cutoff time of the EARLIEST event selected on your selection slip and obtain a ticket receipt.

How to Play

  1. Enter the number of events you wish to play.
    • You can select 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11 or 12 events.
    • Mark the appropriate box in the "NO. OF EVENTS" column.
    • You must play a minimum of 2 events and a maximum of 12 events.

  2. Mark your predicted result.
    • For each event chosen, mark the predicted result on the selection slip beside the event # which corresponds to the event # on the PRO·LINE List.
    • Mark ONE of the boxes designating either a "V" (for a Visitor win after the inclusion of the POINT SPREAD value) or an "H" (for a Home win after the inclusion of the POINT SPREAD value).
    • Final results include extra play.

  3. Mark Ticket Wager.
    Determine one amount you would like to wager for your ticket.

Potential Payout

  • A main prize winning ticket is one in which all selections are correct in accordance with the final results determined by the OLG.
  • Subsidiary prizes may be available where 10, 11, or 12 events are selected, but only one prize is available per ticket.
  • The prize structure is fixed and is based on the following table:

    + A push occurs when the point differential at the end of the game equals the spread number. When a push occurs the prize payout is reduced to the next lowest payout factor.

    *Applies only if there is a push or if all but one of the events selected is cancelled or considered incomplete, leaving only one game which was correctly selected.
